From Passion to Plate

Zay's Kitchen was born from a simple frustration: why does fast food have to be bad food?

With years of professional kitchen experience — from food cost control to high-volume service execution — we set out to build something different. A place where every pizza, every burger, every wing is made with the same care you'd find in a sit-down restaurant, but ready in minutes.

We don't cut corners. We don't use microwaves. We don't apologize for taking food seriously.

Opening Summer 2026 in Rockland, Maine — Zay's Kitchen is built for the community, by people who believe you deserve better takeout.
